Sarma, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. Page No.# 3/3 This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, [1] Amir Hussain, [2] Rafizul Hoque Sarkar, [3] Mokbul Hussain @ Makbul Hussain, [4] Sahidul Islam Khandakar, [5] Iqbal Hussain Khandaker, [6] Aminul Islam, [7] Aminur Islam Bora @ Aminur Islam and [8] Ramjan Ali, who are apprehending arrest in connection with the Manikpur P.S. Case No. 15/2026, under Sections 318(2)/318(4)/351(2)(3)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Manikpur P.S. Case No. 15/2026, vide Charge-Sheet No. 27/2026, dated 29.04.2026. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for their regular bail in said Manikpur P.S. Case No. 15/2026. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioners may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling them to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with regular bail application.
