Mr. Hydar Ali Gazi, Pradhan of the Ram Chandra Khali Gram Panchayat is personally present in Court in response to the Contempt Rule issued. 2. Affidavit of compliance filed in Court today is taken on record. 3. It has been averred therein that the subject constructions have been made without obtaining any sanctioned plan and the constructions have been found to be unauthorized. The record relating to the unauthorized construction has been forwarded to the Sub-divisional Officer, Canning Sub-division. 4. Let a copy of the affidavit of compliance be handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioners in course of the day. 5. It will be open for the petitioners to follow up the matter with the Sub-divisional Officer. 6. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of. 2 7.
