The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.263 of 2026 and the same was closed. 4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
