The instant bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed by the petitioner in connection with the FIR No. 329/2025 registered at Police Station Keshorai Patan, District Bundi for the offences punishable under Sections 19/54 and 54-A of the Rajasthan Excise Act 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no concern whatsoever with the alleged incident. Counsel submits that the alleged offences are triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. Counsel further submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 15.02.2026. Counsel submits that the trial will take its own time to conclude, therefore indulgence of bail be granted to the petitioner. (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3488/2026] 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. 4 Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that the alleged offences are triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate and after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted and also looking to the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 15.02.2026 and since the trial will take its own time to conclude, hence, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and appropriate to grant indulgence of bail to the petitioner under Section 483 BNSS. 6. Accordingly, this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner-Bablu S/o Radheshyam arrested in connection with aforementioned FIR, may be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the sat- isfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing, as and when called upon to do so.
