Page No.# 2/2 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 read with Sections 438 of the Cr.P.C. in respect of Kheroni P.S. Case No.1/2026 under Sections 376/420/409 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. A 26 year old girl was having relationship with the present petitioner. They had sexual intercourse also. On one occasion, she became pregnant and her pregnancy was terminated in a doctor’s clinic. 4. He promised to marry her after 2 years. Subsequently, he was given posting in C.R.P.F. and he had changed his SIM card. In this way, the girl lost contact with the petitioner. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels for both sides. 6. The girl was a consenting party. The only offence that might have been committed by the petitioner that he had changed his SIM card and thereby the girl lost contact with him. 7. This Court is of the opinion that under the given circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. His bail application s allowed. 8. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest in connection with Kheroni P.S. Case No.1/2026 under Sections 376/420/409 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner, namely- Rahul Chauhan shall be allowed to go on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority.
