The present petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 16.07.2025 passed in LPA No.169 of 2025 alongwith connected matters whereby the direction was issued to consider the case of the petitioner afresh by the Empowered Committee. 4. As now the case has been considered, therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this petition and accordingly the petition is closed and disposed of. 5. Liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy has already been granted in the order dated 16.07.2025 for redressal of his grievance, if any.
