However, for granting bene昀椀ts, the necessary approval from the State Government is required to be taken as per the decision dated 9.1.2026 by the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Vadodara and hence, in view of the fact that now the petitioner’s representation is decided, at this stage, without going into the merits of the matter, learned advocate Mr. Rindani, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. However, he states that liberty may be reserved in favour of the petitioner to 昀椀le fresh petition in case of requirement. Permission as prayed for is granted.
