This interlocutory application has been filed seeking amemdment of the address of the respondent No. 4 in W.P(C) No. 2425/2024. In the said writ petition, in the cause title, the address of the respondent No. 4 which was reflected, according to the applicant, was wrongly shown due to oversight. It is therefore submitted that by this interlocutory application, the correct address has been obtained and permission as sought for making necessary changes in the address of the respondent No. 4 as reflected in the cause title. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents does not object to the prayer made. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed. The applicant is permitted to file amended cause title reflecting the correct address of respondent No. 4. The correct address of the respondent No. 4, namely, Sri Iftakhar Ali, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Protocol) for the Police Commissionerate, Guwahati, PIN-781022. The amended cause title be filed within one week from today. The Registry will thereafter make necessary changes after the amended cause title is filed in connection W.P(C) No. 2425/2024.
