The petitioner’s application for transfer on self medical ground is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. 3. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take necessary steps to dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. Page 2 4. If required, further health checkup of the petitioner may be conducted by the Commission, in accordance with law. 5.
