2. It is seen from the records that the case pertains to a job racketing involving a sum of Rs.1,22,67,500/- and this Court while granting bail, as per the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was directed to submit the original documents of title of any immovable property or properties belonging to the petitioner or any close relatives to the tune of Rs.1,00,00,000/- and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner has complied with the condition and now seeking modification to delete the said condition and to return the original documents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of the investigation, the respondent police have filed the charge sheet, and the case is now pending before the jurisdictional Court.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition at this point of time. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
