Side) for R3 ORDER The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No. 277/5A1A, situated at Vengalakurichi Village, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, respectively and fix its boundaries as per the revenue records with the assistance of the 3rd respondent police by considering her online application No. 2026/0123/001426 dated 12.05.2026 within the stipulated time. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.Lekshmana Abish, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Deepak, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the third respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property originally belonged to her husband and the same was gifted to her under registered settlement deed dated 16.04.2025 in Doc. No.563 of 2025. She submitted an online application bearing No. 2026/0123/24/001426 on 12.05.2026, seeking a survey of the subject property. However, the said application has not been considered by the authorities. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court. 4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 and 2, submits that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner in No.2026/0123/24/001426 on 12.05.2026, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23281 of 2026 6.
