This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, whereby the petitioner has put to challenge the order/letter dated 17.01.2026, passed by District Level Scrutiny Committee constituted under the Government Order dated 31.10.2023 by which the Caste Certificate issued in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled. 4. Learned counsel for the State has drawn attention of this Court to the Government Order No.105/IXVII- 2/2023-13(08)/2017 dated 31.10.2023 and submitted that the order impugned has been passed by District Level Scrutiny Committee constituted under the aforesaid Government Order. 5. It is further informed that the order passed by District Level Scrutiny Committee is appealable under Clause 8 of the aforesaid Government Order. 6. The petitioner without availing the remedy of appeal has filed the present writ petition straightway. 7. Since the petitioner has got an alternative remedy to challenge the order passed by District Level Scrutiny Committee, therefore, this Court find no good ground to interfere in the matter. 8. Accordingly writ petition stands dismissed, however 2 the petitioner may avail the remedy of appeal as per the aforesaid government order. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 13.02.2026 SK
