Upon perusal of record of the court below, this court is of opinion that there is no laxity on part of the Presiding Officer of the court in conducting the proceedings in the case, as such, the petitioner cannot be heard to have any grouse to come up with present petition before this Court invoking the supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for passing appropriate directions to the Special Mobile Magistrate, Kulgam with respect to adjudication of an application for interim relief pending under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2. The petition is dismissed as such. 3. The court below is urged by this Court to lend expediency in the matter of disposal of the application for interim relief without accommodating the parties with unwarranted adjournments. 4.
