Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the duration of compliance of the said condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.10702 of 2026 in Crl.RC(MD).No.921 of 2026 dated 15.06.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court on the first working Friday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
