The petitioner appears to be an aggrieved party against the appointment of the Management of the temple and has filed A.P.No.7 of 2026 before the 1st respondent / Commissioner of HR & CE under Section 69 of The Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. It is the case of the petitioner that even the earlier attempt was also made by the private respondents herein to give away the rights and therefore, the petitioner had approached this Court in WP(MD)No.14307 of 2026 which came to be ordered on 20/05/2026 recording the submission that fresh notice will be issued in accordance with the provisions.
