Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider and grant proportionate service weightage to the Petitioners for the academic years 2008- 2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012, and 2012-2013, in terms of the service rendered by the Petitioners from the respective dates of joining, and in accordance with the judgments rendered in W.A. No. 545/2021 dated 07.11.2022. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated: 13-04-2026, 13-04-2026, 13-04-2026, 15-04- 2026, 13-04-2026, 13-04-2026, 13-04-2026, 09-04-2026, 08-04-2026, 10-04-2026 at ANNEXURE-Q, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7,Q8 & Q9 respectively submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5.
