Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned AGA for the State. 3. Present applicant Kuldeep, son of Anant Jaiswal, is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to the FIR dated 14.05.2026 bearing FIR No. 79 of 2026, Police Station – Cantt., District – Dehradun wherein applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 4. Matter was listed yesterday and on the request of learned counsel for the applicant, matter is posted for today. 5. Today, after arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned on or before 16.06.2026. 6. Learned AGA have no objection to this. 7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned on or before 16.06.2026. 8. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant pursuant to the impugned FIR provided he cooperates with the investigation. 9. It is made clear that if the applicant fails to surrender before the Court concerned on or before 16.06.2026, the I.O. concerned is directed to take him in custody forthwith.
