Vignesh Shunmugam ORDER The present petition has been filed by First Accused in Crime No. 148 of 2026, on the file of the First respondent police seeking quash the FIR wherein he is charged with the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 & Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the FIR. 3.
