ORDER The present petition has been filed by the complainant in CC No. 126 of 2025 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai, seeking a direction as against the first respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the concerned Court in EA No.07 of 2026 against the second respondent. 2.Perusal of the records reveal that the Bailable Warrant has been issued as against the second respondent by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai in EA No.07 of 2026 on 16.04.2026 for the non-compliance of the orders. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai would be complied within a period of four weeks. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
