This Court is unable to understand how this application, on behalf of dead person, is maintainable, particularly, when the dispute was with regard to election. Succession Act would not attract in application moved for restoration of writ petition. Even, Vakalatnama has been given by a person who was not the petitioner in WPC No. 1028 of 2016. 4.
