Therefore, he seeks transfer of investigation from the second respondent to the fourth respondent. With regard to the same, the petitioner has sent a representation to the first respondent. However, no proof has been enclosed for sending such a representation. 3.In such view of the matter, the question of transfer of investigation would not arise. The petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation to the first respondent.
