The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner sent a representation dated 02.07.2026 before the respondent police to take appropriate action in connection with the money transaction. 3. Though the respondents did not take any action, the petitioner sent a reminder dated 28.07.2026, directing the respondents to act on his representation/complaint. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the police enquired into the matter and, having a civil dispute regarding the money transaction, closed the complaint/representation on 25.07.2026. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the closure of the representation has not been informed to the petitioner, even after sending the reminder dated 28.07.2026. 6. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) shall issue a copy of the closure to the petitioner within the course of the day. 7. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed.
