Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.199 of 2025 under Section 103(1), 109, 351(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 3(5), 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhit, Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no specific allegation against the present applicant. He submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the present applicant; he has no previous criminal antecedents. He further submits that co-accused Dinesh Kumar Saluja has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 21.05.2026 and other co-accused persons have also granted bail by this Court. He submits that on the ground of parity applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 5. Learned State Counsel has strongly opposed the bail. However he admits the fact of parity. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Avdhesh Saluja be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
