The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 401 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 74, 303(2), 151(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and there are general and omnibus allegation against two persons. She submits that on this ground, anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits there is serious allegation against the petitioner of assault and even outraging the modesty of one of the lady members. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is direct allegation against the petitioner - Mojibur @ Mozibur Rahman of assault and injury is found to be grievous and there are further allegation of outraging the modesty of a lady. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
