At the outset, Mr. Walve, learned APP points that the application filed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati bearing Criminal Bail Application No. 608 of 2026 is pending before the Sessions Court and the Petitioner has filed this Anticipatory Bail Application during the pendency of the said Criminal Bail Application No. 608 of 2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that as there is medical emergency, this application is filed. However, it appears that Criminal Bail Application No. 608 of 2026 filed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati is scheduled to be listed on 5th September 2026. 3rd September, 2026 930-ABA-2512-2026.DOC skt 3. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of by requesting learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati to dispose of Criminal Bail Application No. 608 of 2026 within a period of fifteen days from today. 4.
