This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in constructing the CC drains in Gadela Dinne Village, Vidavaluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and connecting the CC drains into Yendrakayala Mitta Canal and Kotha Cheruvu as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to stop the letting out of sewerage water from CC drains into Yendrakayala Mitta Canal and Kotha Cheruvu situated in Sy.No.420 of Dandi Gunta Revenue Village, Gadela Dinne Village, Vidavaluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and pass such other order or orders…”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions received from the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also drawn the attention of this Court to the letter addressed to him by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of writ petition. A letter dated 08.07.2026 was addressed to the Registry in this regard. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
