The Court finds that without issuing notice to contesting-respondent, this writ petition can be disposed of since petitioner has already approached a Three Members Committee by way of filing a representation dated 27.07.2026 addressed to Joint Director of Education (Secondary), Bareilly Region, Bareilly. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of that said Committee will consider aforesaid representation after hearing concerned parties and pass a reasoned order expeditiously in terms of Government Order dated 19.12.2000 as amended on 17.06.2026. It would be better if petitioner submits a fresh representation/ application by way of Dasti. The Three Members Committee will take all endeavour to conclude hearing within a period of three months from the date of filing of application.
