Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.175 of 2026 for the offence punishable under Section 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has falsely been implicated in the matter and made a scapegoat. She submits that there is no compliance of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act; he has no criminal history. She submits that the contraband recovered from the possession of the applicant is weighing 103.33 grams, which is less than the commercial quantity. 5. Learned State Counsel has not opposed the bail. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Arjun Singh be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
