By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the revenue document for the subject property stands in his name in patta No.876 and he submitted an application on 23.07.2026 in application No. 2026/0123/23/002204 seeking survey of the property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.Mrs.K.Porkodi learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court. 5.In the light of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 23.07.2026 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23038 of 2026 with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties, if any. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
