This is an application filed for recalling the order dated 04.05.2026 by which the accompanying writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that he was incapacitated on the said date on account of his ill health. 4. Taking into account the grounds assigned, as well as after hearing Ms. U. Das, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, this Court is of the opinion that this is a fit case for recalling the order dated 04.05.2026 passed in the accompanying writ petition and restoring WP(C) No. 5481/2024 to the file of this Court. 5.
