Abdullah P for the petitioner Chandan Paul, who has filed this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Page No.# 2/2 Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Bongaigaon Police Station Case No. 59/2026, R/W Sections 10/12/14 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K.K. Parashar for the respondent and learned counsel Mr. S. Munir for the respondent No. 2. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been booked in this case on the backdrop of misunderstanding between the petitioner and the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 has no objection if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K.K. Parashar has raised serious objection, stating that there are incriminating materials against the petitioner. The victim is only 11 (Eleven) years old. 6. I have also perused the Case Diary. Indeed, there are incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioner. At this juncture, there appears to be no justified ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Thus, petition stands rejected at this stage of investigation. 8.
