For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar For R1 & R2 : Mr.C.Deepak Additional Government Pleader For R3 : Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz Government Advocate (Crl.) 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23403 of 2026 ORDER The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey the property comprised in Natham Survey Nos.715/11 and 715/12 situated at Potharavuthapatti Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, by considering her application in Petition no. 2025/N123/14/003487 dated 28.05.2025. 2.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Deepak, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, survey was conducted on 18.04.2026 and the petitioner was also furnished with copy of the survey report. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the survey report furnished to the petitioner along with her acknowledgement. 4.In view of the same, no further direction is required in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the survey report filed by the Firka Surveyor dated 18.04.2026, it is open to him to file an 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23403 of 2026 appeal before the appellate authority as prescribed under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. If any such appeal is filed, the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority, namely, the second respondent in this case, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such appeal. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
