...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to Declare the action of the Respondent No.3 in issuing the impugned Endorsement in Roc.No.894459/2025-C8, dated 08- 10-2025, rejecting the Petitioner's request for sanction of 100 PERCENT terminal benefits in view of the pending criminal case against petitioner in Cr.No.11/RCO-ACB - GNT/2018, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to direct the Respondents to sanction and release 100 PERCENT of the terminal / retiral benefits, including but not limited to Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity (DCRG), encashment of earned leave.
