ORDER This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.25931 of 2025, whereby this Court
directed the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the belated payment of terminal benefits to the petitioner. 1/3

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the respondent has paid total amount of Rs.1,05,879/- towards PF Interest, Rs.93,687/- towards Gratuity Interest and Rs.13,413/- towards Earned Leave Interest as directed by this Court and accordingly, complied with the order passed by this Court.
3. In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court.
