ORDER The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and fix the boundary marks of petitioner's property comprised in Survey Number.712/1A with an extent of 74 cents and Survey Number.713/1A with an extent of 124 cents situated at Thanakarkulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2026. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.Siva, learned Government Advocate (Civil), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondents 4 and 5. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the subject properties under sale deed dated 28.06.2024. He has submitted a representation to the official respondents on 03.08.2026 seeking a survey of the said properties. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Civil), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2026 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents 6 and 7, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any. 6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
