It is seen from the records that this Court, by order, dated 06.07.2026, while granting anticipatory bail imposed a condition that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and since, now he is seeking modification directing the petitioner to appear before the police station at Tiruppur, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
