Heard both sides. Records perused.
2. Learned Counsel appering for the Petitioner submits that these Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 724 days in filing the criminal revision petitions against the order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.828 and 830 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, dated 26.04.2024.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 724 days in filing the above criminal revision petitions are condoned, subject to the maintainability of the revisions.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petitions, if it is otherwise in order.
