The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the proposed accused, who refused to repay the borrowed amount and threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry is pending in CSR No.270 of 2026. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. 5.
