Petitioner's attempt before the Permanent Lok Adalat got failed since it was found that a dispute between the parties was already pending before the competent Civil Court as well as a civil suit was subsequently filed, therefore, in terms of Sections 22-C (1) and 22-C (2) of Legal Services Authority Act, 1987, proceedings were dropped. 3. Sri Rakesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to show that aforesaid fact was wrong or can be ignored in the present set of circumstances as well as that there is no denial that civil suits are pending. 4.
