Pleader ORDER The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2026. 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23663 of 2026 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.N.Tamilmani, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.K.Porkodi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property originally belonged to the petitioner's grandfather, Kannappan. The said Kannappan and the petitioner's father, Kannan, are no more. The right of the petitioner over the subject property has been declared by a compromise decree passed by the District Munsif Court, Dindigul, in O.S.No.51 of 2004. In the light of the said decree, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent seeking transfer of patta in his name. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2026 and pass appropriate 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23663 of 2026 orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. 6.
