ORDER Seeking to direct the respondents to give permission for the petitioner for worship in the clan deity of Madurai Veeran, Periya Karuppan and Chinna Karuppan at their clan temple situated at Thatchakudi Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District for sacrificing event of ram, followed by the event of alms giving scheduled on 10.08.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the representation received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
