This appeal is directed against the order dated 07.11.2025 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No.574 of 2025, arising out of Dumka Town P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, by the learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Dumka, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant and her friend had gone to school on 05.05.2025 but after school hours they did not return and when a search was conducted, it came to the knowledge of the informant that the present appellant and another accused have taken away the victims by inducing them on the false pretext of marriage. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that there was a love affair between the appellant and the victim. It has been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 12.05.2025 and there is no criminal antecedent of the appellant. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant and 2026:JHHC:355-DB 2 Cr. A. (DB) No.1537 of 2025 has submitted that the victims have fully supported the allegations in their statements recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S. 6. On consideration of the entire aspects of the case and the facts wherein the victims have supported the allegations leveled against the appellant, we are not inclined to interfere in the order dated 07.11.2025 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No.574 of 2025, arising out of Dumka Town P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, by the learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Dumka and consequently, the instant appeal stands dismissed, at this stage. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
