Mr. Vishwaketu Vaidya, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Sachin Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The petitioner, who is a conductor, has been recorded with an adverse entry in the Annual Confidential Report (A.C.R.) by the respondent no.2-Corporation. Against the said adverse entry in the A.C.R., the petitioner has moved a statutory representation against the aforesaid adverse entry. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 25.09.2025, annexure no.5 to the writ petition, is pending since 25.09.2025. 5. The petitioner prayed before this Court for a direction to respondent no.1 to decide petitioners’ representation dated 25.09.2025 expeditiously within a time bound manner. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation has no grievance if such an order is passed by this Court. 7. Accordingly writ petition stands disposed of and it is provided that respondent no.1 shall take a decision on the petitioner’s representation dated 25.09.2025, annexure no.5 to the writ petition, within a period of four weeks’ from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by a speaking and reasoned order, strictly, in accordance with law.
