Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased May be pleased to direct the respondents to take action on 7th respondent in the light of report submitted by the Deputy Educational Officer, Nandhyal District in Letter Rc.No.102/dyeo/2022, dt 19.03.2023, pending disposal of the present Writ Petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased May be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of QUO WARRANTO to declare that respondents have got no competency to surrender the petitioner along v^/ith the post and to accept as illegal arbitrary biased unconstitutional against the principles of natural justice and pass such order or orders as this Honble Court deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of this case.
New Prayer as Follows Therefore it is prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners herein to amend the Prayer in the affidavit in Writ Petition and Memorandum of Writ Petition as follows: Therefore it is prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, i. declaring the Impugned action of respondents 1 to 4, in allowing the respondent to exercise powers and discharge functions as Correspondent of primary schools under CSl, SPG management. thereby effecting service of the petitioner without any competency though Government have appointed the Mandcil Educational Officer, as Special Officer for SPG Primary Schools, in which petitioner has been working as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, ii. consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3, to initiate penal action against the 7th respondent, by also nullifying all tfie proceedings conducted by her in the self-claimed capacity as Correspondent/Manager of the SPG Primary Schools as well as Secondary Schools, while the Government have appointed Deputy Educational Officer and Mandal Educational Officer as Special Officers, by further taking action against her in view of the report submitted by the Deputy Educational Officer, Nandhyal District in Letter Rc.No.l02/dyeo/2.022, dt 19.03.2023, and further initiate action against respondents 4 to 7, in the interest of Justice and pass IA NO: 3 OF 2026

ORDER:
Sri. G. V. Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the present writ petition, the petitioner got retired upon attaining the age of superannuation in June, 2026 and that no further cause survives in the present writ petition. 2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed. _____________________
