JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: "a) Issue a writ or order in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the possession notice dated; 9-2-2023 as captained under Annexure-A and; b) Pass such other order, as the Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The writ petition is of the year 2023. The writ petition is filed against the Karnataka Bank Limited, which is a private Bank. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in W.P. No.11869/2017 c/w W.P. No.27352/2016 dated 04.03.2020, in the case of Gowtham vs. Karnataka Bank Limited, has held that, the writ petition against the Karnataka Bank is not maintainable. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17291 WP No. 8383 of 2023 3. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy. ii. The petitioner shall have the benefit of Section 14 of Limitation Act. iii.
