By this Petition the Petitioners seek direction to the Respondents to make an award of acquired land of the Petitioners under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2. Reply is filed by the Respondents stating that within six months steps would be taken to acquire the land and to pay the compensation to the Petitioners. 3. Learned AGP on instructions submitted that award is passed on 29-04-2026 and funds are sought from the Government for payment of compensation to the Petitioners.
