New Prayer as Follows: Therefore it is prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners herein to amend the Prayer in the affidavit in Writ Petition and Memorandum of Writ Petition as follows: Therefore it is prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to issue a writ,
order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, i. declaring the Impugned action of the respondents 5 and 6, in allowing the 7th respondent to exercise control over the Primary schools under the management, without any authority and even after of rejection of proposals for appointment of 7th respondent by the competent authority i.e. District Collector as illegal. arbitrary. ii. further declare the action of 7th respondent in issuing proceedings dt 12.05.2021, surrendering the service of petitioner, though there is no such provision in service law, thereby subjecting the petitioner to suffer without allowing for duties and payment of salaries till November 2021, as illegal, arbitrary. ii. further action of respondents 2 to 4, in not taking any action against the respondents 5, 6, 7, inspite of their actions in contravention of law and provisions of A.P Education Act and Rules made

thereunder as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, iv. consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3, to conduct detailed enquiry against the illegal actions of respondents 5 to 7, for their illegal actions, while in office, by also subjecting for disciplinary proceedings, in the interest of Justice and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
Sri. G. V. Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the present writ petition, the petitioner got retired upon attaining the age of superannuation in June, 2026 and that no further cause survives in the present writ petition.
2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed. _____________________
