By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner claims right over the subject property under sale deed dated 09.08.2025. Patta for the subject property also stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.4317. He submitted an application on 08.07.2026 in application No.2026/0123/22/003487. However, the same has not been considered.
