ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful, wanton and deliberate disobedience in implementation of the order passed by this Court on 18.12.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.45966 of 2018.
2. This Court, in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.45966 of 2018 passed the following order on 18.12.2018:
“Pending further orders, the 2nd respondent shall consider petitioners’ representation dt: 20.08.2018 within four (4) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners.”
3. Heard learned counsel on either side.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors has furnished a copy of proceedings bearing Rc.No.A2/11024(43)/49/2022, dated 25.07.2022 of the 1st respondent/contemnor by way of which, the representation submitted by the petitioners was considered and rejected.
5. As the orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.45966 of 2018 are complied with, the contempt case is closed. However, as W.P.No.45966 of 2018 is still pending adjudication before this Court, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue the said writ petition. There shall be no
order as to costs.
