WP(C) No. 1444/2020 came to be disposed of by this Court in terms of order dated 06.03.2026. 2. In the title portion of the order, reference to the name of Advocate representing the petitioners as well as of the respondents suffers error. 3. Name of Advocate has been misspelled as “Mr. Syed Motashim” instead of correctly typing “Mr. Syed Mohtasim”. In addition, from the end of the respondent No. 2 and 3, it is not “Advocate Faizan, CGC” but “Mr. Hakeem Aman Ali, learned Deputy Advocate General” who had rendered his appearance and arguments in the case. For seeking correction of the aforesaid two inadvertent errors, the petitioners, through the medium of application CM No. 1475/2026, are seeking indulgence of this Court. 5. The application obviously has been filed by the Advocate himself representing the petitioners duly supported by his affidavit, as such, the application is allowed. 6. In order dated 06.03.2026, the correction be read as “Mr. Syed Mohtasim and Mr. Hakeem Aman Ali, learned Deputy Advocate General”. This order be read as part and parcel of order dated 06.03.2026. 7.
